As the ship approaches the island, the Lunataks release a cloud of mist, causing the ship to crash. They use the ship's engines to push the planet out of orbit towards Third Earth. Snarfer, on his way home from Thundera, crashes onto the island when it comes across him. Lion-O goes to rescue Snarfer and stop the island, as it contains a deadly gas that will explode if it enters the atmosphere of Third Earth. He goes without the Sword of Omens. He is captured by Captain Cracker, but the Sword awakens and flies to Lion-O without him calling for it. He then uses earth to stop the engines, and the planet/island eventually returns to
